From beyond the grave, Virginia Giuffre is still the most consequential Epstein victim.
Nothing that is happening worldwide with Jeffrey Epstein’s friends and co-conspirators getting reputational damage, investigations, arrests, and convictions would be ongoing if it were not for the courage and fortitude of his victim, Virginia Roberts Giuffre.
Even after she was said to have committed suicide back in April 2025, her influence is still palpable, be it from her blockbuster memoir or else by the trove of depositions and evidence she left behind.
Now, as one of the alleged rapists, former British Prince Andrew, was arrested and is being investigated by UK police, her allegations are about to resurface.
Reports arose that detectives investigating Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor are seeking files from London’s Met Police relating to Giuffre.

Daily Mail reported:
“Thames Valley Police is understood to have made contact with the Met to review its records – and is also keen to speak to the 66-year-old’s former protection officers. […] In a bombshell development, the force announced on Friday that its probe is considering a wide range of offences, including sexual misconduct and corruption.”
Even though Andrew has strongly denied any wrongdoing, he reportedly paid Giuffre £12million ($16 million) to settle her lawsuit in which she claimed the disgraced royal sexually assaulted her three times when she was 17.

“Officers at Thames Valley reportedly now want to review the files themselves, and are also keen to speak to the Met protection officers who stayed with Andrew at properties owned by Epstein. Officers are even understood to have been instructed to provide security at the paedophile financier’s New York home, according to the US Department of Justice.
[…] Thames Valley Police allege that Andrew leaked secrets to Epstein during his decade as the UK’s trade envoy, and announced on Friday its probe has broadened.
The force made an appeal to ‘victim survivors’ to come forward after identifying ‘multiple lines of inquiry’ in what is being described as a ‘significant investigation’.”
“Emails released in the Epstein dump suggest the former duke shared reports of official visits to Hong Kong, Vietnam and Singapore with the financier. Andrew was the UK’s Special Representative for Trade and Investment in Asia in 2010 and 2011. He is accused of sharing confidential reports and investment opportunities with Epstein after the financier was released from prison on child sex offences in 2009.”
