Amazon Prime Day officially starts tomorrow and runs until Friday, June 26, but there have been plenty of early deals to take advantage of. If you’re a LEGO fan, a few of these deals are various Super Mario LEGO sets. Amazon is price-matching some sets from Target’s LEGO sale, so if you have a preference for either retailer your options are open with the same discounts available. And a couple of these sets are scheduled to be retired soon, so this may be one of the last opportunities to grab one at a discounted price.

Top LEGO Super Mario Set Deals Today

The biggest draw here is the Super Mario World: Mario & Yoshi (71438), which we built and showed off the crank mechanism that moves both characters. Our resident LEGO editor Chris Reed went as far as to call it his overall favorite Nintendo set to date. You can grab one for $103.99, 20% off of the original $129.99 sticker price. Then there’s the slightly older Bowser Express Train (71437) set, reminiscent of the Super Mario 3D World level, on sale for $83.99 (previously $119.99) that comes with six brick-built Super Mario enemy figures.

And a personal favorite of mine is the LEGO Piranha Plant set (71426)that’s marked down to $37.79 from its $59.99 listing, its lowest price ever, that may be retired by the end of July. Its maw and petals are fully posable, and there’s a secret compartment hidden at the bottom where you can release a few brick-built gold coins.

Will Amazon have better LEGO deals tomorrow?

Amazon hasn’t officially launched its Prime Day deals yet, but many of the best LEGO deals are already live. There will likely be more discounts starting tomorrow, however, the prices we’re seeing on these Super Mario sets right now are likely as good as they’ll be throughout Prime Day. Some sets, like the Mario & Yoshi set are already showing limited stock at Amazon are likely do go out of stock before the end of Prime Day at this price.

We’re keeping an eye on the best LEGO Prime Day deals for adults, which are the most likely to sell out quickly during the event.

More Nintendo Prime Day Deals Today

If you’re a Nintendo fan but not much of a LEGO maniac, there are still a handful of other early Prime Day deals centered around Nintendo. Woot’s Summer of Gaming sale is offering a Nintendo Switch 2 console for $399 when you use the code CHEAPSWITCH2 at checkout. With the console’s price getting an increase come September, this might be the only opportunity to pick one up for this kind of discount. But if you already have a Switch 2, you can pick up games like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom Switch 2 Edition and Luigi’s Mansion 3 for $20 off from Amazon as early Prime Day deals.
