- I see things before others…sometimes years before others.
- I say things publicly and loudly that others are only willing to whisper.
Back in 1989, I left my home state of New York (after 26 years) because of taxes, regulations, lack of opportunity, and liberals.
I call those curses, “The Axis of Evil.”
Back in 2002, I left California (after 13 years) for the same reasons. I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.
I knew what was coming.
Then in 2005, I wrote the book, “Millionaire Republican,” which explained why everyone who was a millionaire, or ever wanted to be one, had to move out of blue states like California, New York, Massachusetts, and Illinois…and move to low tax, red states like Texas, Florida, Nevada, Idaho, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
Then, during the Biden years, I began to predict “The Great American National Divorce.”
I hoped we’d never see another American Civil War. But I knew there was no choice- like it, or not, some sort of separation and national divorce was coming. Because we can no longer live with radical, extreme, self-destructive, communist SUICIDE BOMBERS.
I had a vision of a breakup leading to a Red States of America versus a Blue States of America.
People thought I was kidding, or exaggerating, or stark raving mad. But here we are- it’s happening right in front of your eyes. There is no denying it anymore.
I told you so.
Now, even liberal, Deep State, Wall Street billionaire Jamie Dimon of JPMorgan sees it. See the headlines in today’s Daily Mail…
“JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon issues STUNNING REBUKE to Democrat leaders over mass exodus from blue states.”
Jamie is certainly no pro-Trump MAGA conservative. He is a Deep State liberal…although a capitalist business mogul…so he’s not blind, deaf, and dumb- like most Democrats who have never built a business, or created a job in their lives.
Jamie may be a liberal, but he understands money.
And Jamie sees money and the people who make it escaping to low-tax, red states. He used the specific example of New Yorkers leaving for Florida…and Californians leaving for Nevada.
Bullseye.
I saw this back in 1989, when I left New York, and then again in 2002, when I left California. This exodus was always going to happen. This was always “a fait accompli.”
I just saw it before anyone else.
How did I know? I saw a vicious cycle. As taxes grow higher, and people with means (high income, assets, and ownership of businesses) run for their lives, and illegal aliens and poor people on welfare move into these blue states, the bills explode, and the money to pay them dries up.
There is no money to pay the bills. So, then liberal blue states must raise taxes even more. And that drives out even more people with means.
Meaning…let’s be blunt and honest…the rich white people are leaving, escaping, running for their lives. Like it’s a horror movie…
“ESCAPE OF THE WHITE PEOPLE!”
Like it or not, that’s the honest truth. Rich white people with all the money are leaving blue states and racing away with their assets to zero-tax or low-tax, red states.
This isn’t about “racism.” It’s about protecting your money. Rich people- who even liberals admit are overwhelmingly white- are getting out of Dodge. And they’re the ones who pay all the taxes.
They’re sick of being the target of Democrats and government; they’re sick of being attacked and demonized; they’re sick of being a piggy bank to pay for everyone else’s bills- in particular, the costs for welfare, food stamps, housing, public schools, healthcare, police, courts, and prison bills for millions of illegal aliens.
So, as the rich white people leave, these blue states become majority minority populations- with no one left to pay the big welfare bills- because the rich white people left.
Blue states have done this to themselves. They’ve become SUICIDE BOMBERS who have accelerated the exodus by electing evil, communist madmen like LA Mayor Karen Bass, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, and NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
Even I had no way of knowing these crazy communists would hike taxes to absurd, unimaginable, unaffordable levels; and go woke (which always leads to going broke); and welcome in every transgender weirdo, every illegal alien criminal, and every radical Muslim who hates America, Jews, and Christians.
So, now this exodus is gaining supersonic speed, and it’s no longer just about money and taxes.
Now it’s about running for your lives from a massive crime wave; defunded and demoralized police; dumbed-down schools that brainwash your children to change their genders; drug dealers on every corner; homeless tents, pee, poo, and drug needles on sidewalks; and cities that look like 3rd-world sh**tholes.
Americans have had enough. Everyone who can afford it is getting out.

Our nation is dividing- whether you like it or not. And the divorce may be bitter, and mean, and violent…or it may be fair and friendly. The jury is out on how this will turn out.
One thing I know for sure- everyone who has the means is moving to low-tax, red states.
The blue states are cursed. It’s over. They’ve committed suicide. They will soon collapse and drown in a sea of crime and debt- because they drove out everyone who could pay the bills, and invited in all the criminals, and the people who take, take, take- dependent on government from cradle to grave.
