President Trump kept his promise to seal the US border upon resuming office in January of 2025. Since then, illegal crossings are down over 99 percent.
Under the previous four years under Biden’s open border, an estimated 15 million plus illegals entered the US. Many of them are dangerous criminals who have put numerous American lives in danger.
Law enforcement agencies like the Texas DPS have worked continually to find and arrest illegal aliens in their state. Often times, they have worked with the Border Patrol in finding these individuals.
Texas DPS found a stash house in Maverick County hiding four illegal aliens inside. One of them was a criminal gang member.
After receiving information that the stash house was possibly inside a hotel room in Eagle Pass, the troopers talked with a woman inside the room who allowed them in for a search. The room had a strong smell of marijuana.
Troopers discovered four illegal aliens in the room hiding under blankets. Two of them, Joseph Angel Gusman and Daniel Castillo Dionisio, both 21 years of age, were gang members who entered the US numerous times illegally.
Dionisio was wanted in New Orleans by authorities for numerous felony warrants for aggravated assault with a gun and for armed robbery. He was taken into custody and was booked into the jail in Maverick County.
The other three illegals were handed over to the Border Patrol.
In addition, two occupants in the room were charged with running a stash house and were also booked into the Maverick County Jail. 27-year-old Juella Monet Brown, and 26-year-old Starr Ricki Drake are both American citizens who were running the stash house.

Last month TGP reported on a human smuggler who ran from troopers in a hotel parking lot. After he was caught, troopers found 4 illegal aliens in his vehicle.
