Media Complains Arrest of Mayor Spying for China Will Lead to “Anti-Asian Backlash”

Remember how every single arrest of a Muslim terrorist is eventually followed by warnings that it will lead to ‘Islamophobia’?

Now the media has decided to branch this same narrative out to prevent crackdowns on spying for China.

The resignation of a Southern California mayor who pleaded guilty to acting as a foreign agent for China has sparked backlash and reignited fears of anti-Asian discrimination.

Why don’t we just call it ‘Chinacommiephobia’?

First, since NBC News is apparently not aware of this, ‘China’ and ‘Asian’ are not the same thing.

Much of Asia hates China. And, for that matter, a significant percentage of America’s original heritage Chinese population that predates the Communist takeover, also hates China. It’s a shame we’re not properly amplifying their voices, over the Red Chinese foreign students arriving today who hate America.

Anyone can spy for China though recent cases have been concentrated heavily around Chinese immigrants. We can either pretend that’s not happening while being scolded that we’re triggering an “anti-Asian backlash” or we can stop importing immigrants from countries that hate us and love their countries.

No one should be moving here from China who loves it. Because that makes them enemies of the United States. The same is true for a long list of countries like Pakistan, Russia, Iran, and France. If we have a fundamentally hostile relationship with a country, inviting people from there to come here is asking for trouble.

That’s not bias or backlash, it’s common sense.

We should welcome anti-Communist and anti-Islamist immigrants and reject Communists and Islamists.  Chinese anti-Communists are some of our greatest patriots. Pro-Communists of any nationality or race, even if their ancestors came here on the Mayflower, don’t belong here.

Even if the media objects.
