Aug. 11 (UPI) — Firefighters responded to an Oregon home where a “curious little kitten” wound up with its head stuck through a hole in a piece of furniture.
The Corvallis Fire Department said on social media that its Station 2 crew was dispatched Monday on a report of a kitten stuck in a piece of furniture.
“After a little careful work, and what we can only assume was some serious reconsideration of life choices by the kitten, crews were able to safely free our tiny patient,” the post said.
Photos show firefighters cutting through the wooden furniture to free the kitten from its predicament.
“No injuries. No fire. No ladders required,” officials wrote.
