Lille’s Top Decks – Riftbound | League of Legends Trading Card Game

1800 players battled in Lille at this past weekend’s Regional Qualifier and it was Azir that came out on top! Players are getting their first real look at how the recent bans have affected the metagame for Riftbound with some notable decks clinging on to top spots and others falling off.

In a Top 8 that featured 1 Annie, 1 Draven, 1 Azir, 2 Master Yi, and 3 Irelia, fans were riveted to see who would win among the much more diverse spread of Champions than seen in Las Vegas.

Master Yi is seeing a resurgence in play as it saw a much higher percentage of players bringing the deck to the tournament, and a very strong 22% conversion rate for players making day 2 of the event with him. Another notable jump in performance is Darius, which had a modest 29 players in the main event, but which saw nearly a quarter of whom reach Day 2.
