“F*ck this refugee. F*ck this South Vietnamese motherf*cker, whatever, like Christian supremacist psychotic f*cking refugee.”
A resurfaced video that went viral on X on Tuesday showed far-left Twitch streamer Hasan Piker in a profanity-laden outburst against a Vietnamese refugee from a livestream that appears to have been deleted.
The footage shows Piker responding to a 2020 BBC segment where Vietnamese refugee Bach Hac discussed her community’s general support of President Donald Trump.
“As Vietnamese refugees, we have endured suffering under the communist regime,” she said. Piker grew angry and said that she should return to South Vietnam.
“F*ck you, dude,” Piker said. “I mean, seriously. F*ck you old lady. Shut the f*ck up you stupid f*cking idiotic old lady with your stupid f*cking gamer headset. Who has f*cked you harder, America or f*cking Ho Chi Minh? Suck my d*ck old lady. Godd*mn dude. F*ck this refugee. F*ck this South Vietnamese motherf*cker, whatever, like Christian supremacist psychotic f*cking refugee living in America now and able to talk that sh*t. Why don’t you go back and live in f*cking South Vietnam in the same conditions if that’s your perspective?”
When viewers urged caution, Piker intensified his remarks.
“I f*cking hate these people, dude,” Piker said.
The date of the livestream was not immediately known, and appears to have been previously deleted.
Piker, who has become known for allegedly shocking his dog, has gained Democratic influence, hosting events with far-left candidates like Abdul El-Sayed and Summer Lee. Progressive figures including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Ro Khanna, and Zohran Mamdani have also been featured on his program.
This has taken place despite his controversial history, including claiming that America “deserved” 9/11as well as making light of the October 7 attack. He’s stated Hamas was “a thousand times better than the fascist settler colonial apartheid state” of Israel and that it “doesn’t matter if f*cking rapes happened on October 7.”
