FBI Raids Illegal Alien LA School Boss It Gave Award To

There are things we can criticize about the FBI, but allow me to say one thing in defense of the feds. The only thing keeping California’s one-party government from turning into a more ‘diverse’ version of Mexico is that the FBI occasionally busts another member in good standing of this corrupt banana republic.

There is absolutely no end to the corruption. When I was working on the Corrupt California project, I noted that over the last decade, 576 California officials have been convicted on federal corruption charges. There’s no accountability coming from the state AG Rob Bonta, who’s been under investigation in the Duong mess, or local officials who on the contrary pass laws barring public disclosure of their crimes in the “public interest.”

It’s incredible that Gov. Gavin Newsom is doing a nationwide and world tour, yet no one asks him about running the most corrupt state in the country where his own chief of staff was busted while he covered it up.

Meanwhile, here comes another one.

The FBI served search warrants at the San Pedro home and the Los Angeles Unified School District headquarters office of Superintendent Alberto Carvalho on Wednesday morning. An additional raid at a home in Miami, Florida, is also tied to the investigation, sources say.

Multiple sources, however, said that while the case remains under seal, the case is “white collar,” likely a financial crime, and is not related to immigration enforcement at all.

Why would anyone think it might involve immigration enforcement? Because part of Carvalho’s backstory includes being an illegal alien.

I have no idea if he got legal status at some point. He’s certainly angry about immigration enforcement.

As LAUSD superintendent, Carvalho has had issues with the feds in the past.

Last year, he blasted federal immigration agents who tried to get into two elementary schools. The agents were turned away.

Just last week, the U.S. Justice Department joined the 1776 Project Foundation’s lawsuit against Carvalho and the school district, alleging LAUSD discriminates against white students.

But here’s former FBI boss James Comey bestowing an FBI award on him.

Presumably the FBI will be taking this down shortly which shows Comey giving him a 2014 Director’s Community Leadership Award.
