The war between Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, and the controversial conservative commentator Candace Owens has escalated to a new level following comments made by Erika last night.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Erika Kirk sat down for a CBS News town hall after an interview with Fox News host Harris Faulkner. The town hall was moderated by CBS’s new editor-in-chief, Bari Weiss.
Erika Kirk said people who celebrate her husband’s assassination are “sick” and said the internet has dehumanized people.
“He’s a human being. You think he deserved that? Tell that to my 3-year-old daughter,” Erika Kirk said, fighting through tears.
At another point during the town hall, Erika Kirk revealed she was very worried that conspiracy theories spread by outsiders, including Candace Owens, could taint the jury pool and potentially set Robinson free.
One theory spread by Owens is that Egyptian military planes were tracking Charlie and Erika Kirk over the years, and up to Charlie’s assassination by pro-trans leftist Tyler Robinson. By making this assertion, she has seemingly suggested that foreign forces played a role in the killing.
There is no evidence to support this claim.
Erika Kirk specifically cited Owens’ theory while laughing off how ridiculous she believed it was.
“You really think I’m going to be on an Egyptian plane when I am wanting to be with my ‘In N Out’ burger and my chocolate milkshake?” she asked.

KIRK: They’ll say ‘we can’t find a fair jury, like, they’re going to taint the jury pool.’
WEISS: That’s how widespread you think these conspiracies have gone.
KIRK: Egyptian planes! I was pregnant for 90% of those trips…From a human standpoint, I intentionally hid that I was pregnant because it was very sacred.
I was growing a human inside of me. When you are growing a beautiful child inside of you, I don’t want to be around it (the plane)!

Owens aggressively and viciously fired back at Erika Kirk after hearing her remarks.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Erika Kirk hit back at Owens on Fox News last week for profiting from her husband’s murder.
She alleged that Owens and others were making “hundreds and thousands of dollars” by going after her TPUSA family.
“Here’s my breaking point. Come after me, call me names, I don’t care. Call me what you want, go down that rabbit hole, whatever. But when you go after my family, my Turning Point USA family, my Charlie Kirk Show family, when you go after the people that I love, and you’re making hundreds and thousands of dollars every single episode, going after the people that I love because somehow they’re in on this, no!” Erika Kirk told Harris Faulkner.
Owens responded by taunting Erika Kirk.
“This wasn’t grief. This was a performance. She just unmasked herself and the entire TPUSA machine in one interview. We knew Charlie Kirk. Now the world gets to know Erika Kirk,” Owens claimed.
“It’s never been more obvious of a psychological operation. I actually wish [TPUSA] would put me on payroll so I could help them make these things look more organic,” she added.
