“We filed notice that my office will seek death against the defendant Elias Rodriguez, for the killing of two young Israeli Embassy staff members at the Capitol Jewish Museum,” Pirro said.

Jeanine Pirro, the US Attorney for the District of Columbia, announced on Friday that her office is seeking the death penalty for Elias Rodriguez, the man charged with fatally shooting two Israeli Embassy staff members outside DC’s Capital Jewish Museum.

“We filed notice that my office will seek death against the defendant Elias Rodriguez, for the killing of two young Israeli Embassy staff members at the Capitol Jewish Museum,” Pirro said in a press conference.
