In the wake of the horrific Islamic terror attack at Bondi Beach that left 16 dead, including a child and Holocaust survivor, veteran Australian MP Bob Katter has gone viral for slamming unchecked migration as the root cause—demanding deportations for anyone harboring anti-Australian sentiments.
As videos of Katter’s fiery press conferences rack up thousands of views on X, his no-holds-barred takedown exposes how porous borders and failed vetting by the government security service ASIO allowed known extremists to arm up and slaughter civilians during a Hanukkah celebration.
Katter was forthright in his response, labeling proposed gun law tweaks as a blatant distraction from the real culprit: reckless immigration policies.

“It’s an appalling diversion,” Katter declared, urging “The total failure of the gun laws. Total failure of police. Total failure of ASIO. This bloke was on a watch list.”
Katter hammered home how authorities knew about the attackers’ radical ties yet did nothing, pointing the finger squarely at migration from unstable regions.
“Diversion has occurred because they don’t want their finger to be pointed where it should have been at our immigration law,” the MP declared.
He continued, “Divertional tactics. Oh let’s blame guns. Well, a gun doesn’t shoot people. A person holding one shoots others.”
“So it’s a diversionary tactic to lead you away from the real problem that we are bringing people into this country that are extremely dangerous people and you let them in,” Katter further proclaimed, adding “This is an inversionry tactic to lead us away from the problem of bringing people in this country from countries that have no democracy, no rule of law, not Christianity.”
“I won’t be apologizing to anyone for saying that. No industrial awards. No egalitarian traditions,” he continued, adding “But what the hell are you bringing them into this country for? And I’ll tell ya why. Because they vote for you and if you’re a liberal you brought em in to prove that you really have no racial or religious prejudices.”
“So to prove that you have no racial or religious prejudice you’re bringing people from Hamas and ISIS areas into this country to prove that ‘oh ya know I’m really a good guy.’”
Katter’s statements echo his earlier August press conference in Brisbane, where he laid out strict criteria for migrants and blasted those who refuse to integrate, stating “They don’t become Australians, they hate Australians,” clips now trending amid the Bondi fallout.

“Do you see them mixing with other Australians? Dressing like other Australians? Being friendly with other Australians? Being in the local Lions Club? Do you see that?” Katter pondered, adding “You don’t want to become an Australian, you got to get the hell out of this country.”
“If you have anti-Australian sentiment then get the hell out of my country,” he blasted.
While critics have pounced on Katter’s aggressive style, his message resonates with Aussies fed up with government prioritizing “diversity” over safety—especially after the Pakistani father-son duo, one with a legal gun license and the other previously flagged for ISIS links, carried out the antisemitic massacre.
As we reported yesterday, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese deflected by warning of “right-wing extremists” and pushing more gun grabs, ignoring the ideology and border lapses that enabled the attack.
Katter’s viral rants cut through the spin, reminding everyone that real security starts with vetting who enters the country—not disarming law-abiding citizens.
It’s clear the public is demanding action: secure the borders, deport the threats, and put Australians first before more blood is spilled.
