A new data leak shows that Grand Theft Auto 5 still has a strong player base on the PlayStation 4 and that the previous-generation console is even leading the current-generation Xbox Series family of consoles in GTA Online player count.

New data from the ShinyHunters data breach of Rockstar Games has yielded financial information concerning the strength of GTA Online.

Sony PlayStation 4 is leading over Xbox Series X in GTA Online Users

Some of the information shared on the GTA Forums reveals how active GTA Online players are each week. PlayStation 5 led the pack in weekly active users on GTA Online. There were reportedly 3,474,021 weekly users. Sony’s PS4 ranked second with 1,889,729 active users per week.

Behind the PS4 was the Xbox Series X with 1,129,023 users. The Xbox One is behind that with 1,026,695 users, and PC is dead last with 894,621 users.
