Street Fighter 6 is now approaching the end of its third season, but the game still has one more character to add to the roster for it — and she’s one of the most intriguing divisive choices in the series.

Capcom recently dropped Ingrid’s teaser trailer for Street Fighter 6, but did that make you more interested in trying her out?

We’ve put together a few new polls that you all can vote in to let us know how you’re feeling about Street Fighter 6’s next DLC character now that we’ve finally seen her in motion in some form.

We’d like to gauge all of your impressions and interest from when Ingrid was revealed alongside Sagat, C. Viper and Alex to where she stands in your mind now.

Although the teaser did not include any actual gameplay, there are still a few details we can gleam about her mysterious nature.

Ingrid is shown to quite literally shatter dimensions and conjure up a door to another world, so Capcom is keeping with her mystical and celestial elements that we don’t often see in the series.

The developers are also probably going to change her up quite a bit for her first original appearance in the Street Fighter series, though, we can look back to where she last showed up previously in Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max — and added to the Capcom Fighting Collection 2 with the rest of the Max characters in an update.

In that iteration, Ingrid had some moves that made her dance, so it’ll be interesting if that aspect stays when Manon is already in the game.

Despite her mystical nature and implied power level, her specials were not really all that unusual with projectiles, a spinning flip kick and counters, meaning we’re expecting to see Capcom get more creative with her after having 20 years to think on it.

Ingrid has inherently been a fairly controversial character in the past, especially when it comes to Street Fighter, considering her design as something of a magical girl is something that fans will go back and forth on for how she fits in the series.

But no matter what your feelings are on her, she is coming, and she’ll be in the game in the next few months though we don’t have an exact release date yet.

You can vote in our latest polls below on your feelings for Ingrid and how those may have changed since she was revealed for Street Fighter 6.
