We’re thrilled to announce the first-ever Console Closed Beta for Once Human, the free-to-play supernature survival game, is coming soon to Xbox Series X|S! A limited number of spots are available for players to be among the first to experience the world of Deviants on console and help shape its future.

- Pre-download begins: March 24, 7:00 PM (PT)
- Servers live: March 26, 7:00 PM (PT)
- Servers close: April 8, 11:59 PM (PT)
This Closed Beta will run for a limited time, featuring the tutorial and the Manibus scenario in EU & NA servers. This is a time-limited test with a full wipe—progress will not carry over, but exclusive rewards will be granted to your linked account.
How to Participate on Xbox:
Xbox players can register through the Xbox Insider Hub:
- On your Xbox Series X|S, launch the Xbox Insider Hub app (install it from the Microsoft Store if needed).
- Navigate to the Previews section.
- Find and select Once Human Closed Beta.
- Choose Join and complete the registration.
- Once selected, you will be directed to the Store page to install the beta when available.
Important Notes for Participants:
- Limited Availability: Spots are limited and not guaranteed for all applicants.
- Platform: This beta is only available on Xbox Series X|S and supports controller play only.
- Regions: This beta is only available for Xbox Insiders in the North America and Europe regions.
- Beta Rewards: Reach character level 20 during the playtest to permanently unlock the Closed Beta Pack (Abyssal Dragon Set and Dragon Dance – KAM) for your linked account. This pack will be credited to your account and can be claimed when the game launches fully on console.
- Confidentiality: To ensure a focused test environment, streaming, recording, or sharing any beta content is strictly prohibited.
- Your Feedback is Vital: We highly value your input to improve the game. Please use the in-game feedback tools or our dedicated channels to report bugs and share suggestions.
