March 20 (UPI) — A Kansas sheriff’s office is warning local residents to be on the lookout for an escaped bull spotted on the loose in Miami County.

The Miami County Sheriff’s Office said on social media Thursday that the bull escaped its pen at the Paola Sale Barn and was spotted loose in the area of Stewart Lane and Harmony Road.

“The bull is considered aggressive and should not be approached,” the post said. “If you see the animal, please call 911 immediately.”

The sheriff’s office said in an update that the animal’s owners had located it and were working to capture it.
