March 17 (UPI) — A North Carolina man scored a $259,866 Cash 5 lottery jackpot nearly 14 years after winning a $117,305 prize from the same game.

The North Carolina Education Lottery said Washington resident John Woolard bought a $1 Cash 5 ticket for Thursday’s drawing from Moody Mart on River Road in Washington.

The ticket turned out to be a $259,866 jackpot winner.

Woolard previously visited lottery headquarters in December 2012 to collect a $117,305 jackpot from a Cash 5 drawing.

Lottery officials said Woolard beat odds of 1 in 962,598 for each of his wins.
