At least two Iranian drones struck the US Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Tuesday evening.

No injuries reported.

Per Fox News reporter Jennifer Griffin: The US Embassy in Riyadh was empty at the time of the Iranian drone strike, no injuries, official tells Fox.

CNN also confirmed at least two Iranian drones struck the US Embassy in Riyadh.

“There were no initial reports of injuries, according to one of the sources,” CNN reported.

The US Embassy in Riyadh told Americans in the region to shelter in place.

“The U.S. Mission to Saudi Arabia has issued a shelter in place notification for Jeddah, Riyadh and Dhahran and are limiting non-essential travel to any military installations in the region – we recommend American citizens in the Kingdom to shelter in place immediately,” the US Embassy Riyadh said on Monday evening (Tuesday morning local time).

The Iranian drone strikes in Riyadh come as the State Department urged Americans to leave 14 countries in the Middle East.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio instructed Americans in the Middle East to follow security updates and alerts.
