Liege-Kavalos on War Chariot
The elite chariot squadrons of the Ossiarch Bonereapers are rightly feared for the destruction they can wreak, and it’s the job of the Liege-Kavalos to direct their bone-crushing charges from the front. They’re the perfect leader for a fast-moving contingent, able to protect their fellow soldiers and slay mighty opponents after their chariot crashes into enemy ranks.
This model can also be assembled as a Kavalos War Chariot, with a choice of mace, bow, or throwing spears for one of the crew members.
Liege-Mortek
Command your phalanxes from the press of melee combat with the Liege-Mortek, a front line Ossiarch officer whose expert command talents further improve the discipline and efficiency of your serried Mortek infantry. Each multi-part plastic miniature comes with three head options and three weapon options, so you can add several to your army and make each one stand out among your forces.
Mortek Triaxes
Unleash a storm of arrows upon the armies of the living from the bone-wrought bows of the Mortek Triaxes, triple-eyed archers built to support the Ossiarch Bonereapers’ infantry legions with punishing armour-piercing barrages. They can wreathe their arrows in burning soul-essence from accompanying braziers, striking fear into their targets and cutting off their ability to heal damage.
Each box contains 20 Mortek Triaxes and four Balefire Braziers, with options to build two different unit champions.
Mortis Reapers
Mortis Reapers are the hidden blades of the Ossiarch legions – dreaded assassins who slip behind enemy lines and massacre important leaders before their armies have the chance to react. Even those who spot them struggle to pin down such tailor-made killers, as they are always shrouded in an obscuring haze and can hurl their necrocaches to the ground to escape in a plume of flesh-withering smoke.
Each box contains five Mortis Reapers, who have the choice of holding a billowing necrocache or a secondary blade in their left hand.
Mortisan Soulreaper
Where most of the Mortisan orders are concerned with the collection and shaping of bones, the deadly Soulreapers are designed for a single purpose – stripping the spirits from departed husks so that their soul essence may be unleashed in a destructive burst. Their mere presence is enough to sap the strength from enemy troops, whose clumsy blows now slide from the shields and armour of the Mortek legions.
Spearhead: Kavalos Vanguard
The thundering hooves of the Ossiarch Bonereapers’ Kavalos regiments spell doom for enemy forces, as heavy Deathrider cavalry smash through their lines and crush underfoot anyone that their lethal spears don’t skewer first.
This Spearhead set comprises one Liege-Kavalos, eight Teratic Cohort miniatures, and 10 Kavalos Deathriders. If not used to play games of Spearhead, the Liege-Kavalos can alternatively be built as the Hero Arch-Kavalos Zandtos – a powerful leader for cavalry-focused regiments
Regiment of Renown: Heralds of the Bone-tithe
Collection of the bone-tithe is a vital duty for the Ossiarch Empire, and Vokmortian takes it more seriously than any other. He roams the Mortal Realms making sure that all of Nagash’s subjects pay their just dues, and is quite happy to have his attendant forces demonstrate why resistance is a much worse fate than simply offering up that which is the Great Necromancer’s by right.
As a Regiment of Renown, the Heralds of the Bone-tithe can be used in Flesh-eater Courts, Nighthaunt, and Soulblight Gravelords armies, while the individual units – Vokmortian, Master of the Bone-tithe, three Immortis Guard, and 10 Mortek Guard – can also make potent additions to any Ossiarch Bonereapers force. If used as part of an Ossiarch Bonereapers army, the Immortis Guard can alternatively be built as Necropolis Stalkers.
