Nintendo has said that the image which was used by Walmart and showed Metroid Prime 2 Echoes and Pikmin 2 as part of the Nintendo Classics GameCube range was incorrect, stating that those games “are not planned for release at this time.” It’s unclear when they are planned for release, but as always we will be certain to let you know.
“We recently provided a retailer with an image of Nintendo GameCube – Nintendo Classics titles that incorrectly included games that are not planned for release at this time. The image has been removed, and we apologize for any confusion.”
