Look: Deputies respond to slippery fish spill on Oregon road

March 5 (UPI) — Authorities in an Oregon county warned of a slippery traffic hazard in a town where dozens of fish somehow spilled out into a roadway.

The Coos County Sheriff’s Office said on social media that Deputy S. Converse responded Wednesday to a report of a fish spill on Seven Devils, near Walker Lane in Bandon.

“Converse cleared the road to the best of his ability, however, it remains extremely slick in that area,” the post said.

The sheriff’s office shared a photo showing the line of fish stretching down the road to an intersection.

Officials asked drivers to use caution in the area and reminded residents to make sure all loads are properly secured for transport.
