A video that has gone viral on X shows a humanoid robot attempting to attack its handler.
The video, which has amassed over one million views through different uploads, shows a humanoid robot inside an undisclosed factory in China dangling from a strap on the factory’s floor.
As the humanoid’s handlers were talking with one another, the bot went berserk and started violently swinging its legs and arms towards the handler.

The rise of the machines seems closer than we might like to think. Freaky footage captured the moment that a humanoid robot seemingly snapped and lashed out at its handlers like something out of a dystopian sci-fi thriller.
“This is what the machine uprising might look like,” Belarusian TV outlet Nexta captioned an X clip of the alleged attack, which boasts over 100,000 views.
In the unsettling clip, which was shot at an undisclosed factory in China, the bot is seen dangling from a construction crane on the factory floor near two men looking on cautiously, Jam Press.
They appear to be testing the humanoid droid’s capabilities.
The two are chatting away when, all of a sudden, the automated biped goes berserk, flailing its arms and legs about in a spectacle that evokes a failed prototype from the “Robocop” movies.
At one point, the raging machine lurches forward while swinging, dragging the stand along with it as the men try and avoid getting robo-bopped.

A humanoid robot was filmed attacking its handler while trying to break free from restraints in a scene viewers have branded ‘dystopian’.
In CCTV footage from a factory in China, the robot, which is attached to a miniature crane, is seen violently swinging its arms back and forth.
As it flew into what looks like a rage, it lashed out at a man sitting nearby at a computer who had to duck, while another man standing behind the robot had to back away.
The robot – seemingly of its own accord – raised its arms in the air and brought them down again, repeating the motion with increasing speed and violence.
It then began walking forward as it thrashed around in an apparent bid to break free from the crane.
The men can be seen flinching and cowering while raising their arms to shield their faces.
